Features
Cylinder Block
Overall rigid design philosophy: the main bearing tie-rods bolts are used in the cylinder block which offers the engine a unique side tie-rod main bearing structure to withstand compressive stress. The safely factor is high. Convenient of repairing and maintenance for no water cavities inside the whole engine body.
Cylinder unit
The cylinder liner has fire ring structure. The cylinder unit consists of cylinder head, cylinder liner and connecting rod. After fixing the cylinder unit which is mounted on the engine which is fast and convenient in maintenance.
Supercharged and intercooled system
MAN’s advanced turbocharger is adopted to provide the best matching. Two-stage intercooled system is adopted in intake process to control air temperature more precisely and rapidly.
Fuel pump
Specialized unit pump produced by MAN is adopted.
Pipeline
Adopting the “engine without pipeline” design concept, oil pipeline is integrated in the cylinder without water pipeline.
Safety control system
Safely control system, produced by MAN Company, is used to ensure a long engine operation without failure.
